Inspiration

People always get mad at me when I say I think I'm fat.  Here's the deal though, I didn't even hit 100 pounds until I was in high school, and by the time I graduated and was ready to leave for college I weighed a measly 110 pounds.  That's not a lot.  Now, I weigh a lot.  And even more than that, my body isn't the tight and toned gymnast/dancer body that I once had.  Also, to be clear I don't actually think I'm fat.  I do think I could stand to loose about 10-15 pounds.  So now that I've already lost about 15 pounds I'm really on a  kick to get in better shape and loose some inches!

This is my inspiration photo taken about a week before I left for my first semester of college.  One that I can look at when it's taped to my full length mirror and say, I can be that thin again!  Except that this photo is completely unrealistic because I was ridiculously skinny and have to accept the fact that I will never again be 110 pounds and made of long lean muscles.. (but it's nice to dream?)

This is my realistic inspiration photo!  I don't have a perfecto tummy made solely of abs but I'm 21 and already declining so I'll take what I can get!

Now, if I ever get up to a size 6 again and am not pregnant, please tell me I'm out of control in the harshest way possible.  I need it.
So how am I going to get back in shape!?  By working out.  I'm doing p90X because even though the rec takes 4 minutes to walk to from my apartment, I have an intense fear of working out in public.  I feel like everyone is judging me.  I wish I could say I'm cutting calories and eating super healthy however if you know me, you know this is not the case.  I already eat really healthy, but I splurge at least twice a week and sometimes more so I need to be realistic.  Or I need to learn how to control La'Shawnda.  La'Shawnda is the name given to my inner fat girl by my friends while having a hefty portion of burritos and margaritas at La Mex. Yes me and my friends name our inner fat girls, you can laugh at us.  I'll keep you updated on my progress.
